Resources – Online Mindfulness Group Practice

To support mindfulness practice among our members and the public, we collaborate with the Taiwan Clinical Mindfulness-Based Association (TCSMBA) to offer a free, regularly scheduled online practice group called "Mindful Thursday." We also encourage members and the public to join the "Mindful Monday Community Practice" organized by the UK Mindfulness Network.

Whether you're just beginning to explore mindfulness, currently training to become a mindfulness teacher, or have years of teaching experience, you are warmly invited to join our online group practice sessions on Monday afternoons and Thursday at noon. Our goal is to leverage the power of community to create a safe harbor where we can find comfort and rest, and continue walking this path together.
