In the fast-paced world of education, do you often feel exhausted, stressed, or struggle to take care of your own emotional well-being? The eight-week group course, "Mindfulness – Finding Peace in a Frantic World," is designed for the modern individual. By incorporating Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), it helps you stabilize your mind and body, enhance emotional resilience, and improve sleep and stress management.

Developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, this is a 1.5-hour weekly Zoom course intended to help you reclaim inner balance amid your busy schedule. While you continue to care for your students, remember to care for yourself, too!
